2010년 7월에 첫방송된 런닝맨.
처음엔 일요일이 좋다 라는 1부 코너로 시작되었었습니다. 이름에 걸맞게 추격전을 중심으로 하는 방송입니다. 해외에서도 엄청난 인기를 누리고 있습니다. 대표적인 한류 예능으로 멤버 대부분이 한류 스타가 되었습니다.
런닝맨은 지난 9년동안 방영하면서 100여 개국에 방송되고 있습니다.
처음엔 송지효,이광수 등 갓 신인을 벗어난 배우와 스튜디오에서만 나오던 지석진과 함께 어려운 시절도 있었지만 2012년에는 SBS 연예대상에서 우수 프로그램상을 더불어 출연진 대부분이 상을 받고 1억 인센티브까지 받았다고 합니다.
그러다 2016년에 개리가 먼저 하차 통보를 하고 김종국,송지효도 하차하여 완전히 새로운 런닝맨2가 시작될 것으로 보였으나 SBS 이사회 갑질 등의 문제로 2017년 프로그램 종영을 번복하고 6인 멤버 전원이 런닝맨을 계속하기로 전해졌다.
그 후 양세찬, 정소민이 영입되었지만 평균 나이가 40세를 넘어가면서 격렬한 레이스의 빈도가 줄고해서 골수팬들이 아쉬워하는 부분도 있다.

Running Man was first broadcast in July 2010.
At first, it started with the first part of "I like Sunday." It's a broadcast focusing on the chase to match the name. It is also very popular abroad. Most of the members have become Hallyu stars as representative Hallyu entertainment shows.
Running Man has been broadcast in over 100 countries over the past nine years.
At first, there were difficult times with actors such as Song Ji-hyo and Lee Kwang-soo, who only appeared in studios, but in 2012, most of the cast received awards and 100 million won incentives along with the SBS Entertainment Awards.
In 2016, Gary first notified Kim Jong-kook and Song Ji-hyo to drop out, and a completely new Running Man 2 was expected to start, but it was reported that all six members would reverse the program in 2017 due to issues such as SBS board power trip.
Since then, Yang Se-chan and Jung So-min have been recruited, but as the average age has exceeded 40, the frequency of violent races has decreased, which is why bone marrow fans are disappointed.
